数量短语的重叠 (Overlap of quantity phrases)
Explanation
"一拨拨" is an overlapping form of the quantity phrase "一拨". It describes a large number, but the things described need to appear in an individual way. Therefore, it has different meanings and functions from "很多". Only "一" can be used for numerals, and the last "一" can be omitted.
